A thorough and in-depth analysis of the new Dr Who's clothes, brought to you by the Corporation that funds Panorama. Your licence fee at work, folks.

Made myself two new icons with lines from one of the Dr Who tie-in books. Hehe. This is one of them.

Home again. Well, not technically. Technically I am at work. But I have been home in between being at home and being here. All these homes, it must be very confusing for anyone who is not me.

I had a busy weekend, but I managed to: buy two shirts; buy three Doctor Who books; go to the concert (Benjamin Britton's War Requiem); do menial forced labour at the concert, some of my efforts at which were recognised, some which were not; watch the first six Doctor Who episodes; watch tennis; burn my wrist on the oven for the third time; bake a cake; bake biscuits; eat all the biscuits; sleep.

So, that was my weekend. I also testing out Charlotte - my laptop. She's still alive, but she really does need some maintenance, so when I get the chance I'm going to take her in and see if they can't fix her. My big old computer with all the music videos on it wasn't connected up, and I couldn't be bothered with all that, so I didn't try it. It was dead last time though, so my hopes are not high.

We've got a reception this afternoon - 4pm to 6pm - which will be .. well. It'll be. Both bosses have gone off to a meeting, so the office is nice and quiet. I am trying to think of what I need to do for my event, which is on Thursday omg! But my mind is blank. Hmm. Must think some more. And also eat. So hungry!

All is well though.

Ahah! Just happened to flick over to BBC2 to see if Greg was still playing the tie-break (damn it), and there was the most wonderous thing! No, not a Brit doing well at Wimbledon - not quite that wonderous. Dr Who - the Christmas Invasion: The countdown starts now. Whee!

On Friday, I ordered a CD for my cousin's birthday from Amazon, as well as a copy of Jonathan Strange and Mr Norrell to make up the cost so I wouldn't have to pay postage. It dispatched yesterday, and may well be sitting outside my door right now. On Saturday, I ordered the first two Dr Who DVDs from Amazon. They've just dispatched today. Yay :) I will be poor, but happy, which is the best way to godliness anyway, so I'm told, and is therefore clearly the way to go.

[livejournal.com profile] graculus decided to pimp some music vids this morning. I was almost late for work. But they are pretty <3 *worships at the alter of PR Zed*

On that same note, the world needs more Ninth Doctor music vids, or if it has some I need to know where they are.

Just watched it again. Just cried again. Am a big girly girl's blouse. Oh well. And now, Doctor Who Confidential again. Mm :)

What's that program where you can save streaming RAM files as ordinary RAM files that you can keep? Because Dr Who Confidential is up on the BBC website, and I want a copy of their Rose/Doctor music vid. <3

I'm going to see this exhibition at the V&A tomorrow of arts and crafts stuff. TMO is mad-keen on the arts and crafts style, for some reason, and I sort of got cornered into going along too. Hmm. My train leaves at just before 10am. I ought to be in bed really. But .. no. Also, it means I will probably miss Dr Who tomorrow, and won't see it until the repeat on BBC3, so anyone who spoils me between when I get home and 10.40pm or whenever it's on will DIE A PAINFUL AND HORRIBLE DEATH!!! That is all.

Also, SeMagic needs a tag function. Now. Having to edit stuff to put tags is already a pain and I've only tagged one, non-SeMagic-written post so far. Impatient? Moi? Hell yeah. *g*
