AWESOME!!!!

I don't mind admitting, I've been extremely underwhelmed by this season so far, but tonight's episode was SO FREAKING AWESOME!! :D

There were so many awesome things, I don't event know where to start. Well, I do. Captain Jack is obviously up first. John Simm was awesome too. Derek Jacobi was awesome too, as he always is. The storyline was brilliant, and kept me guessing. I loved them (finally!) filling in the back story too.

Just awesome :D

For me that's been four awesome episodes in a row, and actually having something awesome penned by the rather dodgy RTD is quite a miracle. :)

I wish Derek hadn't been shot, he'd be a great Master.

I still haven't seen last week's episode (I have it downloaded, though), but yes, it's certainly been really good the last few weeks. :)

I loved Derek Jacobi, totally, but as soon as I cottoned on that he was going to regenerate into John Simm, I was SO excited, I can't express it in words! :D So I was okay with that :) It's amazing to have them both, though. Brilliant!
