A couple of quick things

1). Ahahahahahaha Sofia is GONE!! Good f***ing riddance! I did like seeing Sara being all ".. must be mature and sensible. Can't blow up again .. grrhatethatbitchstealingmyman..." I'm not much of a Sara/Grissom shipper, but I do rather enjoy the Sara/Grissom/Sofia tension that was going on here. I squeeled like a little girl when Grissom just asked Sofia out at the end. I was like, "omgwtf!" I can only assume it's because he's going to use Sofia for casual, meaningless sex (he is still a man, after all), whereas anything with Sara would mean something. Also, Sofia had just quit (pretty much) so he's no longer her supervisor. Sara's going to be pissed when she finds out though. Hehe.

2). Greg = so cute :) That is all.

3). *Everyone*'s been to Greg's apartment? Even *Sofia*? That little ho! ;D

4). Hodges so loves Greg. You know he does.

5). Nick's clothing - exhibit a: the hat of gay, and exhibit b: the shirt of GAY! I <3 that boy :)

6). Oh my god - Greg doing his DNA thing again. *swoon* There's just something about a cutie in a lab ..

Okay, not so quick. The storyline was .. uh .. something about a bear, right? And some woman? Whatever. It was okay. Not a sweeps week, I presume. But there was goodness, so I'm pretty happy with the world.

I had a great and painful trauma today when I thought I'd broken my beloved new iPod, Mia. I decided, while working on some stuff at .. work (duh), that since colleague R could listen to her iPod mini while working, why the heck couldn't I listen to my iPod too. So out came Mia, and I pressed the button and ... nothing. "Oh god!" thought I. "It's broken! Another one!" Because this is exactly what happened to Chandra. She just stopped working and wouldn't switch back on.

With Chandra, I had no clue what to do, and being used to Microsoft software and customer support, it never even occurred to me that I might find anything useful or helpful in the manual, so I didn't even look. However, when I got Mia, I glanced over the manual and discovered a reset option to use in such circumstances. After some failed attempts, because I am teh stupid, I managed to reset Mia and discovered that her battery had simply emptied somehow. So she's recharged now, and all is well. Thank god :) I've run out of DNA lab tech names to give my iPods - I can't get another one!

Aaha! Just noticed that The Rocky Horror Picture Show is on at 12.35am 11.35pm [I cannot tell time *hangs head in shame*] on ITV! Fantastic! :) So much for an early night.

ETA: Aah! I just wandered on to CSI Files to check the spelling of Sofia's name, and discovered that my beloved Hodges is joining the main cast!! Fantastic! :D I thought we'd seen a bit more of him recently. Yay!

Ahh I liked the episode.. although I was dead tired while watching I managed to stay awake and be happy about Sofia leaving. Although Gris asking her out!! sooooo not right! I don't want him to date! He's Gris.. should he ever date it'd have to be Nick! Ok yes that's my dream world.. I admit it.

And I kept thinking poor bear all the time o.O

I watched it tonight, after I got in from work, so all day I'd been hoping the download would be finished when I got home, and it was! So it was all good. I think I enjoyed the Sofia leaving scene mostly because it was a total surprise. I had no idea they were writing her out! I do enjoy surprised like that. Although if she's being written out of the team just so she can date Grissom .. well, I don't mind it so much if it creates Grissom/Sara tension that keeps Sara away from any kind of serious relationship with Greg, which will thereby keep Greg free for dating Nick. Yes, it all comes back to Greg/Nick in my world ;) I agree though. Grissom shouldn't date. He's *Grissom*.

At least the bear got its revenge and killed the hunter. That poor rhino just staggered about and died :(

I think it's partly because Greg's been bumped up to full CSI now, so they need someone to be the lab go-to person, and partly because Billy Petersen's having to cut back his workload for health reasons, so they've got a bit more screen time to fill, and rather than, say, giving us more Nick/Greg scenes, or whatever else they could fill the time with (Warrick/Catherine? Grissom/Sara? Solving crimes? I hear that's popular nowadays), they're bringing in another full cast member. That said, I <3 Hodges 4 evah, so I don't mind. I imagine it'll be the same sort of deal as it is for Dr Robbins, who's main cast but isn't always in every ep and isn't in that many scenes and that sort of thing. I wouldn't worry too much on that account.

I missed Tuesday's ep too, but I have seen it before, and my channel 5 reception is shit anyway, so I wouldn't have been able to make out much of the picture on the screen even if I had been here! ;)

Yay, she's not broken! I hate when they do random things and you're practically already in mourning by the time you figure out how to fix it. Reset buttons are excellent.

They surely are. I wish I'd discovered it before, in time to save Chandra. Wasn't meant to be though, I guess. *pets Mia*

Eeee! Yay Hodges! I so love him recently, without much of a reason why.

I wish I had ITV. D:

Did you know that you're like, nearly perfect? A CSI post with a Rocky Horror reference, and you use a Warren/Andrew icon in reply to comments. Now you only have to talk about Queen and I'd be forced to marry you.

Yes, me too! I think my present love for Hodges started when he had that "double gloving" scene with Mia. Too cute for words *g*

It was very cool, oh yes it was.

I could talk about Queen entirely. I have nothing particular to say about them right now, but I *could* if I had to. I am already taken (http://niannah.livejournal.com) however, so perhaps it's for the best that I don't talk about Queen at all. ;)

ohoH!!

Ask me questions about your IPod now - I fixed someone else's iPod-Mini the other day, and it had a FREAKY little picture on it. It's all about the reset - YAY!

ps. my iPod mini's battery did that once. Just charged it and poof! no more battery, but it works OK now.

I don't have any questions about her now, she's fixed, but if anything else happens I'll come and ask you *g*

I so wish there would be more Nick/Greg scenes- I miss them!
Although I do like the Nick and Warrick scenes I have to admit. Nick always seems so um Texan and it's adorable!

5). Nick's clothing - exhibit a: the hat of gay, and exhibit b: the shirt of GAY! I <3 that boy :)

If he wants to be considered straight. Someone needs to take the boy shopping and not leave him to his own devices!

Me too. The Nick and Warrick scenes are good :)

I know, they really do. It was just .. the hat I can excuse, but the shirt? There's no way that shirt wasn't a gay shirt. Bless him *g*

But I hate Sofia and Grissom got some and there was Hodges/Greg and I'm a bit of a Sara/Grissom shipper and my dad said it was really good. Maybe not insanely good, but I get all upset when I miss CSI even if it wasn't all that great.
