CSI, iPod, Rocky
Feb. 11th, 2005 11:14 pmA couple of quick things
1). Ahahahahahaha Sofia is GONE!! Good f***ing riddance! I did like seeing Sara being all ".. must be mature and sensible. Can't blow up again .. grrhatethatbitchstealingmyman..." I'm not much of a Sara/Grissom shipper, but I do rather enjoy the Sara/Grissom/Sofia tension that was going on here. I squeeled like a little girl when Grissom just asked Sofia out at the end. I was like, "omgwtf!" I can only assume it's because he's going to use Sofia for casual, meaningless sex (he is still a man, after all), whereas anything with Sara would mean something. Also, Sofia had just quit (pretty much) so he's no longer her supervisor. Sara's going to be pissed when she finds out though. Hehe.
2). Greg = so cute :) That is all.
3). *Everyone*'s been to Greg's apartment? Even *Sofia*? That little ho! ;D
4). Hodges so loves Greg. You know he does.
5). Nick's clothing - exhibit a: the hat of gay, and exhibit b: the shirt of GAY! I <3 that boy :)
6). Oh my god - Greg doing his DNA thing again. *swoon* There's just something about a cutie in a lab ..
Okay, not so quick. The storyline was .. uh .. something about a bear, right? And some woman? Whatever. It was okay. Not a sweeps week, I presume. But there was goodness, so I'm pretty happy with the world.
I had a great and painful trauma today when I thought I'd broken my beloved new iPod, Mia. I decided, while working on some stuff at .. work (duh), that since colleague R could listen to her iPod mini while working, why the heck couldn't I listen to my iPod too. So out came Mia, and I pressed the button and ... nothing. "Oh god!" thought I. "It's broken! Another one!" Because this is exactly what happened to Chandra. She just stopped working and wouldn't switch back on.
With Chandra, I had no clue what to do, and being used to Microsoft software and customer support, it never even occurred to me that I might find anything useful or helpful in the manual, so I didn't even look. However, when I got Mia, I glanced over the manual and discovered a reset option to use in such circumstances. After some failed attempts, because I am teh stupid, I managed to reset Mia and discovered that her battery had simply emptied somehow. So she's recharged now, and all is well. Thank god :) I've run out of DNA lab tech names to give my iPods - I can't get another one!
Aaha! Just noticed that The Rocky Horror Picture Show is on at12.35am 11.35pm [I cannot tell time *hangs head in shame*] on ITV! Fantastic! :) So much for an early night.
ETA: Aah! I just wandered on to CSI Files to check the spelling of Sofia's name, and discovered that my beloved Hodges is joining the main cast!! Fantastic! :D I thought we'd seen a bit more of him recently. Yay!
