This is the freakiest thing I've ever seen!

Which way does the dancer turn for you?

When I first clicked on it it was turning clockwise, but pretty much immediately switched to anti and I can't get it to change back. Fascinating.

I love that. I am such a right-brainer I can't even try to make her go the other way. I spent a long time at work one day trying!

Which are you?

I can't make her switch either. Are you left-handed?

No I'm not, is that related? I do have difficulty with left and right, and also three o'clock and nine o'clock on an analogue clock. Which I imagine is part of the left and right thing. Um, should I be admitting this? lol!

They say left-handed people tend to be right-brainers, but I guess it's one of many things they say about lefties.

I am a leftie, and I also have problems telling left and right. Not big, big problems, but there are times when I use a trick I have since I was 6 or so: picturing our old living room...

Um, should I be admitting this? lol!

LOL, I just did the same thing. Em will keep the secret. Or not.

Heh, since I was a kid I've tried to train myself to write with my left hand. It seemed like a good idea. I'm still pretty dreadful, though. *g*

When I went to the US a few years ago and was driving on the other side of the road, my conception of right and left - whatever grasp I had of them - flipped completely. People would say "Turn right," and I would think it through and take a left. Since then my ability with left and right has been tenuous at best.

This is like some kind of Left/Right Confusion Group Therapy session!

Clockwise, until I think about maths or strategy or something left-brain, and then I can make her go anti-clockwise. But she always starts of going clockwise.

It's so freaky. I love it!

Oh wow, I made her go anti-clockwise by thinking about maths! I never thought of that. That is so amazing! :D

That's so scary.

anti-clock wise, but I'm a leftie, so it makes all the sense in the world...

Still scary, though.

I meant clockwise!!

I'm a leftie who still now has problems telling right and left somehow... Argh.

hehe - I saw it a few days ago. She started turning clockwise, then I scrolled down, and suddenly she was turning anti-clockwise!!!

She doesn't turn any other way for me now!

She's turning clockwise for me. No matter how hard I concentrate, she only turns clockwise. It's fascinating.

Wow, that's fascinating! I'm right handed, but I can ONLY make her go clockwise, no matter how hard I try! I've been staring at it for ages too, LOL!

I've seen this twice before now - first time she initially turned anti-, the second time initially clockwise. But I find it reasonably easy to make her turn in either direction after a few seconds if I concentrate. And then back. And again!

Wow, I am such a smug bitch!

Clockwise! I refocused and watched her go anti-clockwise for a little while, then switched back to clockwise. Took some effort, though; mostly I just see her go clockwise.

Clockwise.

I just stared at that thing for a solid five minutes, trying to see it turning anti-clockwise, but I couldn't see it.

I couldn't do it until I read down the list of "left brain" things, and then she suddenly started going in the opposite direction.

Clockwise, first, and almost always. I could get her to go a-c but not often and with difficulty - and she'd swap back in mid-turn on me.

That is amazing. At first she was going anti-clockwise, then I looked at her feet and concentrated, and then she only went clockwise.

Does that mean I'm balanced? Or crazy? ::g::

Clockwise
