He does. And he needs to learn not to keep fucking interrupting too. He's getting incredibly vituperative and rude in his old age - especially towards the audience.
I think the BBC are very, very conscious, post-Hutton, of everything they do, and after those accusations last week that they put or allowed anti-Howard hecklers into that audience, I think he was just being over-cautious. Although I think it was also part of his job to keep control of who asked questions, and some of those audience folk were very angry and really wanted to get their views across, so needed some holding back, but he could've handled it better.
