I haven't done a meme in ages, but I like the look of this one.

Name a character and I'll tell you three (or more) facts about them from my personal fanon.

Go for it. Shows I think I can probably do include: SGA, Buffy, SG1, HP, SPN, CSI, LOM, DW, and Due South.

There may be others - if there's something else, just suggest it and I'll see what I can do.

Since I've finally watched LoM and loved every minute of it: Gene Hunt

Aah, LoM! :D I have so much love for LoM. I wept and wept at the season finale, I swear to God. It was beautiful :D

Gene:
* when he's at home with Mrs Hunt (his wife, not his mother - ew), he's as sweet and gentle as it's possible to be. He does everything he can to protect her from every bad thing in the world. This includes not telling her about any of the bad things he sees at work. As far as Mrs Hunt is concerned, Gene's work involves giving out a lot of parking tickets and sometimes clipping a young boy around the ear for thieving bars of chocolate from the corner shop.
* doesn't really see any reason why Annie can't be a DC, even though she's a bird. Sam and his funny ideas aside, girls have their uses in policing. He just thinks she needs to step up a bit more and show some confidence.
* found a new sense of purpose and meaning when Sam turned up in his station with enthusiasm and a lot of funny ideas. And is very glad of it, even if he doesn't show it that often.
