I knew it was coming, but I didn't realise this episode was So. Not only do they kill him off in the most utterly pointless, unplot-related way possible, with absolutely no bearing on the rest of the story, not only that - they also make it his own fault? Wtf? Were they just really, really pissed off that he was leaving, or what? Jeez. No wonder he wanted out. He was so "wtf-evah" all the way through. It was really cruel that his last scene was with *Caine*. Wanker. Eugh. I am most heartily disappointed, and once again the theory has been proved that CSI is best, CSI:NY is second, and CSI:Miami sucks. Even more so now.

::cries all over again::

I will never get over my anger at the way they handled his departure. Never. All I have left now is mocking the show; it's the only thing that makes me feel better about the knife they stabbed in my back and twisted really hard.

Bastards.

I'm done now.

I understand entirely. What they did was unforgivable. I couldn't quite believe that they'd taken that kind of route with it, especially when Speed was such a popular character. Even if they didn't like the guy for whatever reasons and stuff, surely they didn't think it would be a good plan to piss off all his fans even more! What idiots. :(
