This (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk_politics/vote_2005/frontpage/4402033.stm). Campaigning in an election involves a lot of travelling around the country to visit different constituencies, shoring up support in marginal areas for candidates of each party, so the parties usually have a "battle bus" - a bus that they take out on the road to travel around a city while they're there, visiting hospitals and schools and suchlike. For this election, the BBC, who will be following the politicians around for the next month, covering their appearances and speeches and stuff, have got a battle bus of their own! They can do interviews and coverage and broadcast from it, like a special election-geared outside broadcast unit. Fantastic :) The picture of it on the website isn't very good - on the other side there's a detatchable staircase up to the top floor and stuff. It's very cool, I saw on it on the news tonight.
