Apr. 4th, 2005 03:57 pmI have somehow managed to pick up yet another cold. My nose is running like woah. I can't even count the yards and yards of tissues I've gone through already today. Not good. I've already had about four colds this year. This is getting a bit ridiculous really.
Both my bosses have gone off to have a board meeting, so the office is now quiet and supervision-free. Nice :) But it is offset by the fact that my fricking nose hurts! Stupid cold. I was home this weekend, house-sitting while TMO was away. I saw my grandparents on Saturday, which was nice, and then just relaxed on Sunday, until about 3pm when I had to run around madly trying to get ready to go to the station to get my train back to Farnham. There were engineering works, but to cut a long story short my trains were all fine, thankfully. So it was good, except that I then stayed up til midnight to see that 50 greatest sketches show on channel 4. Lou and Andy? Not that funny. But never mind. Give it a year or two and it'll pass by, as all these things do. It was nice to see the lads from The League of Gentlemen again, although I think a LoG film would just put the fear of God into me, so I doubt I'll be going to see that.
I suppose I'd better get back to doing some "work". Yawn yawn fricking yawn. I wish I was rich and/or self-employed. Well no, not self-employed. Self-employed people generally tend to work their butts off. I wish I could work from home. That'd be best. But I can't, so back to it.
