emonyFrom the Choosing Health government White Paper that I am currently reading: The Karrot project is designed to help young people aged 11 to 16, living in the London Borough of Southwark, to feel safe, active and valued, to reduce numbers of young victims and perpetrators of crime, and to increase school attendance.

ETA: Good lord, there they are again! There are eight stops between Westminster and Canning Town on the Jubilee Line – so as one travels east, each can be seen as marking nearly a year of shortened lifespan. Two of the stops between Westminster and Canning Town on the Jubilee Line? Southwark and Bermondsey! If that's not a sign, I don't know what is.
