It all starts and ends with digital
Feb. 28th, 2005 02:28 pmSo no one but me cares that I have joined the digital revolution and got a freeview box then. No one but me cares that I can finally watch CSI on channel 5 without having to guess which fuzzy blur on the screen is which simply by listening to their voices? No. Just me. Okay then.
We've got an event on this afternoon and evening, as I've mentioned, so both bosses and three co-workers are out of the office today. It's just me, R, and S who does our finance part time. R and I are heading up to London for the evening thing, unless I can worm my way out of it. Stupid late night.
The ice hockey on Saturday was very cool. I rather enjoyed it :) Unfortunately the season is nearly over, and it's at Guildford, which is a bit of a way to go under my own steam, but if my aunt offers, I expect I'll go again.
Sunday was spent painting the Boychild's room. My aunt is selling her house soon, for various reasons .. well, one reason really .. but his room was dark blue, so we painted it white so it would look bigger and help the house sell faster. It was quite good actually - me, TMO, and two of my aunts, painting. TMO also took me out to buy a digital box as my birthday present. Yay :) It's very nice.
Well, since I am at work, and therefore technically the intellectual property of this post belongs to my bosses, I'd better finish there and get back to work. *yawn* Long days suck :( I don't want to go to silly parliament. Boo hiss etc.
