Oh thank goodness! I thought it was a current affairs thing and I was woefully out of the loop.

It was in the Xmas Dr Who that they showed a few weeks ago. At the end of the ep, the Doctor destabilises the Prime Minister's regime (after she did something naughty..) with six words - "Don't you think she's looking tired?" If only it would work for Bush too.
