That came through on an email update I get every day about what's going on in UK government. Mostly it's dull, but sometimes these little sparkles come through and light up my day ;)

It's clearly a conspiracy to prevent the wider world from realising that Simon has gone down with food poisoning and his seat is being represented by one H J Potter ;D
