Articles and studies like this really irritate me. They're so sweepingly general. And, okay, they may have a point, but what are they going to come up with? "Barbie goes shopping" and "The flirting wars", judging by their attitudes...
The games that are likely to appeal to women are not the traditional "hack and slash" ones or time-consuming strategy games that men prefer.

Mr Adams is cordially invited to shove it up his arse. Hmph. Though I'm loving the fact that they say women don't like time-consuming strategy games and then list Final Fantasy of all things at the top of the 'games women play' list.
Having spent all day today playing The Sims 2, I can say with absolute certainty that women are totally in there for games that require thought, take a lot of time, and are played alone. So their survey can kiss my arse.
There's always ass-gropage dude, always. And also - and I realise this may come as something of a shock to you, so you may wish to brace yourself - I have a Warren and a Tucker in my Sims game too.
