The lovely folks at 6(falling)Apart are going to start mining your journal for information on all sorts of private things, like operating system, who's visiting, where they're coming from and going to, that sort of thing. To help increase their ad revenues, I expect. Proper, accurate details are in the post linked above.

If you want to opt out, go to the Admin console and paste in "set opt_exclude_stats 1" (without the quotation marks). If you don't do this, you're automatically included in their mining programme, as it were.
